What if I go over my included pickups?
We charge $1.50 USD for each completed pickup beyond your monthly quota (100 on Starter, 500 on Pro). Billed at the end of the month. We never cut off service.
And the "Service charge" I see in my dashboard?
That's different: it's an optional charge you add to your own customers per shipment (percentage + minimum). You can absorb it or show it to the customer. Bulto keeps none of it.
